Embracing Culture, Diversity and History this weekend. The campaign celebrated the start of Happy Hispanic Heritage Month by participating in the Latino Scholarship Day Parade and Toledo Mudhens game. Our very own Mayoral Candidate Roberto Torres was invited to throw out the first pitch.
